• Twice daily checks (during the working week)

• Responses to incoming emails with pre-agreed answers (FAQs)

• Unsubscribe from future mailing list emails (that weren't all captured during the detox)

• Continuous filing & archiving keeps the inbox clear

• Updated appointments to your diary & confirming meetings with clients, so your time isn't wasted on no-shows.
